tyers and valves

HI Two questins please
1 90 degree 11.3mm Bridgeport tyer valves (metal)
,will it be ok to use these at my next tyer change .
2 Will metzeler M8 sportstech work I love my K3s
but need more miles for my money I do about 20% track 80% fast road but touring this year has put my motorway miles up .
Also could I use the 200mm rear.

I have angled valve stems on mine, but cant remember the size of the top of my head. 11.3 doesn't ring a bell though.

Why do you want to fit a 200mm tyre?

Thanks so if 90deg. valves fit its ok . I thought more rubber because they are not as grippy as the K3s jack sprat

200mm tyres will make the bike turn slower and I have read it messes up the DTC.
