Get ones that have very wide fabric Stuart, otherwise they will dig into your shoulders like an ill fitting bra, you know what that feels like right. Lol
I use vanucci braces with my Kevlar jeans. Can't say I like wearing braces, they keep falling off my shoulders, but it's a good idea with trousers / pants that are not zipped to a jacket.
