gotta wonder why noone else uses the desmo valve train,i guess not needed with the evolution of dual spring systems+and eventual pnuematic systems making it into mainstream production,but even so,you'd of thought there would have been other manufacturers using it.

Italian build quality is one of the best these days. Had Diavel for 3 years - no issues at all.

Half of my BMW is Italian - again no issues at all.

I've got a Ducati as well as my Gen 4, and I know which one I worry about breaking more; and it's not the Italian one.

Not saying that they didn't deserve a bad rep at points in their past, but right now, I'd have no hesitation in buying Italian (or Ducati anyway)

I've got a 1260S Multistrada. Absolutely cracking bike; I'd buy another in a heartbeat. A tonne of fun and you can ride without any fatigue at all.
