Slick plug.

I use Race mode 90% of the time. I used to use slick all the time but I'm without doubt able to ride faster and safer in race mode.

Slick mode feels to me like it turns the TC and ABS off and I don't know why id buy a bike with TC and ABS to then turn it off?

Race mode any good on the road or should I jut stick to sport mode?
ive tried to read up on what's good for what but the manual doesn't really give a good description of what to use and when.

I use Race all the time, it is similar to riding a blade or most other 1000cc sportsbike. I used Sport mode once, that was like riding a 600. Rain mode was awful.

Give Race mode a go, you will enjoy it.

I don't like Sport mode, although it's difficult to explain why, but I think it's down to the throttle response being a bit sharper in Race mode.
