Seat hump lock

Anyone know how to remove the seat hump barrel and then fit to original pillion seat? Thanks

The barrel has a locking pin you need to use a small flat screwdriver to push in. Look down the side from underneath.

Thanks for the reply, I must be missing something as I can't see a locking pin, is there an image anywhere or a diagram

One of mine was factory sealed and I couldn't remove the small plates (1,2 and 3)... a new lock is about 20 quid..dealer will code it for nought..or mine did anyhow...

It's more of a tab than a pin - about 4mm wide. Turn the seat upside down and look where the lock barrel locates.
