hi i went out on the bike 2015 s1000rr today 100mls got home put the bike on paddock stand and spun the rear wheel to oil the chain and heared a rubbing sound coming from the wheel chain slack is ok the rear brake is not binding the tyre is not touching ive just check it again after 3hrs its stopped making the sound could it be the bearings getting tight when it gets hot ive not had this befor anyone got any thoughts
 
Bit difficult to diagnose from that, sounds like normal pad rub. I assume the axle is straight??

hi alex thanks for the reply it didnt sound like metel more like rubber the rear pads were not touching the disc and no heat build up on them ive checked the chain guard rubber guides they are ok would or could the cush drive swell up and make this sound
