Quick action throttle

Im looking at getting a quick action throttle for the S1000, I am considering the Alpha racing throttle tube rather than the full housing. Has anyone fitted one or have advise on quick action throttles?

Christ - the throttle responsivity in 'Race' mode leaves my mind warped.

'Quick action' sounds nuts.

I have the alpha racing one. Easy to fit, throttles just right for me now

With the Quick action throttle, do you need to change out the cables or is it just the throttle ?

Having had a 'full' throttle,as opposed to the Alpha tube,I would go the Alpha route.
The Alpha throttle uses the existing cables and housing whereas the full kit uses new cables and the switch housing needs modifying and,to be honest,is a PIA.

I think(I may be wrong) the Alpha tube will only fit the 2010/11 as the '12 is quicker action already.
