Potential defector

Hi all
Got a GSXR750K8 which I have put 73k on since new. Looking for another bike and the S1000RR looks favourite at the minute.
Good bike or over hyped?

I've got a Gixxer 600 k7, so very similar chassis to your 750k8. The S1000rr is really a fantastic bike. It's a little bigger, and the seat is slightly higher, but apart from that it rides pretty similar... Apart from the huge amount of additional power.
I've got some pics of my S1000rr along side my gixxer to guage the size difference. I'll share a few when I'm at my PC.

Used to own a K4 1000 which was an animal. Wolf in wolfs clothing!!

Take your k4 1000 and add 40bhp-imagine that-that's what you get with the s1000rr!
