Pillion peg extensions

Before you all say it, I know that realistically these beautiful machines aren't made for pillions, however after doing the west coast of Scotland on her with my other half last year can't agree!!

I want to know if there is a way of either adjusting the angle of the pillion foot rests a bit or using some kind of extension block to lower the pegs themselves a fraction!?

That + the pegs you can get off eBay which drop them up to 20mm...

Not seen those before, done a quick search and I see Performance Parts stock Gilles adjustable piilions kits for ?90, look like they come with hangers too?
