Padding behind seat

Can anyone tell me what the padding I have seen on someone's bike behind the arse of the rider is called. Some people use them on track bikes but make them themselves, but I've a s1k with what looked like an actual bought one.

I have one on mine. Its a 2015 seat pad but i "modified" it for a 2015. On ebay for 35 quid

Found one on fleebay, you reckon it would be able to fit this onto a 2010. Can't be much difference in shape behind the seat?

I didnt want to drill the seat cowl, so i cut the lugs off at the back so it was flush and siliconed it on. Hasnt moved in 5 mnths.
