Don't know who owns it, but its a track only bike.

There's some subtle differences to a standard S1000 which make it look nice:

Tank has no screw on black plastic on sides and has no cover over ecu area
Full length belly pan
Side faring holes look flared compared to standard
Tail fairing is different (doesnt look like 10/11 or 12+ version)

Your right, rear sub frame is rounded bars, standard is square. Also looks longer than standard S1000, not by much so must be subframe thats given the extra inch or 2
