Hi gary, thanks for joining. Please tell us a little bit about your biking background and what has brought you here?.

Been riding bikes all my life, school boy motocross, then road bikes when I was 17, had nearly every bike possible, when Covid isnt stopping us I like to tour Europe, at present I have a 1250 gsa, and just purchased a HP4 Carbon as a bit of an investment (hopefully) , and the HP4 is the reason I'm on this forum,

I'm picking the bike up on Sat, it's a 14 plate, and just wandered if you have any idea what are the best settings generally? I've done track days so wouldn't consider myself a beginner but also I'm not gunna be the next Hickman, I guess the settings I'm talking about is for fast road and getting the front up without flipping her , many thanks

I leave mine in Race.. just set the suspension to suit
