Hi everyone I wonder if you can help?

I am trying to remove my standard exhaust so I can get it modified (CAT gubbings removed & pipes welded in place for a straight through pipe). But I am having a nightmare when it comes to the header pipes due to the radiator being in the way. Everywhere I turn someone says to remove the bracket from the engine block but this is a pig of a job and apparently worse to put back on.

Can I just remove the radiator from the bracket and move it out of the way and if so how? Or if I have to remove the bracket from the engine block, does anyone have any tips to make this easier. Such as step by step methods and what size extension bar/tools were used?

I really hope someone can help.

Thanks in advance.

You need to remove the bracket from the engine block. You cannot remove the headers without removing it as the link pipe between downpipes prevents this.
Remove the oil filter it makes it easier.
