Thanks fatboy. I have fitted the sensors but am currently connecting those c*%ting springs on the headers. I'll see what happens when i fire it up. If i do get errors then i will remove the lambda sensors.

Will the ECU need setting up do you think?

Quick Question- should you replace exhaust gaskets or are they normally ok to reuse? (I've got 1000 miles on clock)

Akrapović Full system

Whenever I've fitted a full system I've always replaced the exhaust gaskets to avoid exhaust gas leakage. Exhaust gaskets are generally only designed for one use as they are crushed when the headers are torqued creating a seal.

I have swapped exhausts a couple of times and used same gaskets. A dealer would replace them though.

My top tip - Put a bit of cardboard over the inside of the radiator and oil cooler to save you grating your knuckles and to save bending the fins...
