Hello, I'm a proud owner of a 2015 s1000rr since august. I've upgraded from a honda cb600 hornet (great bike!), considered keeping it for commuting and grocery shopping, decided against it and have no regrets. This bike does it all.

Living in Ireland at the moment, a bit rainy but the roads are fun and the scenery is fantastic. Hoping for no ice this winter as I ride everyday.

Found the quickshifter weird at first, now I'm afraid I can't use the clutch anymore...

I would say it's just as loud as the original, it's just a deeper note. Sounds awesome, it's lighter and looks way better too.

So I've been told, and all I can say is "aren't we all a bit nuts?"

I also go out on spirited rides and I plan on doing a bit of touring with it as well (which I was also told I was nut). But, what can I do? I love to ride, I love the bike and I only live once.
