People are incredibly helpful here (once you get to understand their accents - invariably Scotish); I've been loitering for a few months and looking to buy soon, so if people show you the same generosity that they've shown me, you'll be fine.

Some old friends of mine went to University in Swansea. One of them had a rather strange grandmother. She send my friend a postcode saying "Your Wales is a lovely country but it must get dark in the winter with all those mountains". With that in mind, be careful.
