First time on your forum as I have just picked up my 2017 S1000rr, trouble is it?s sleeting outside so I can only sit on her in the garage, I am looking forwards to reading helpful posts on here.

Welcome to the forum Tom and congratulations on your new RR!

Fingers crossed the weather improves soon so you can start really enjoying your new steed. However, as the guys say now is a good opportunity to get acquainted with the many electronic settings on the bike.

What type of riding do you enjoy primarily and what is your biking history?

Hi I have been riding for 30 yrs dirt bikes,sport bikes, supermoto and most recently a TL1000s streetfighter, and now back to a sports bike, my last sports bike was the first generation of GSXR 1000 K1
