I don't think thats a question anyone else can answer for you, in my opinion the RR is a better bike but its all personal preference.

Have you test ridden the RR?

Hi Rusell welcome to the site, you've went from a great bike to another great bike. I think most people on here would think that the beemer is better, otherwise we wouldn't ride them. But at the end of the day bikes are bikes, riding is the real pleasure. Enjoy it when you get it and stay safe.

I went from an RC8 to a '13RR (now got a '15RR), I guess you'll find you'll lose some v twin soul and that diesel like pull from low rev's but you'll gain something that is in a whole different league in terms of performance and ease of use
