You should ask Wollaston to pull one off a showroom bike! 5 weeks is inexcusable.

They've already done that for somebody else - there are a number of fairly annoyed people waiting for this part which to be honest sounds like should have been a re-call as so many have failed.
It's not Wollaston's fault to be fair they have been sound. I have been on to the National BMW Customer Services who state that the part will be in on the 27th....... They also tell me they will compensate me in some way.......
I'll let you know how that goes.
