It comes complete as shown including the beautiful hanger bracket.
In fortunately there is a slight mark at the front band next to the rivet. Zoom in and you?ll spot it. It?s hardly noticeable to be honest.
Like my dear old Mum would have said ?a blind man would be pleased to see that.

I?ll throw in the black blanking screws for the frame when the footrest is removed.
