Gen 1 exhaust system

Just to confirm.....

I?m presuming the exhaust system for all Gen 1 bikes are the same?

I?m about to purchase a system from a 2010 bike for my 2011 bike.

reason being I plan on purchasing the AR decat and end can and would like to keep my std system complete if I ever return it back.
