Hi Guys,
I currently have fitted to my bike stock down-pipes cat etc. and the BMW factory Akrapovic slip on can that looks like this:
I've just purchased a second hand full exhaust system that looks like this:
As the end can supplied with it isn't in the greatest condition My question is Can I fit my smaller original Akra slip on to those titanium down-pipes? Or do I need to purchase something else like a different connecting link pipe?
I plan on removing my stock system at the weekend. Do I move the Lambda sensors over to the titanium down-pipes? Also what do I do with the flap cables etc from the old Cat system?
Also does anyone know if the end can supplied in the picture has baffles? My current smaller end can doesn't have the option but at the moment with the stock down-pipes/cat etc. it just passes track-day noise tests but I would imagine with the full down-pipes it would be too loud so was hoping I could put some baffles in and use that for track-days only as its pretty tatty anyway.
Thanks in advance!
James
