Changed the chain and sprockets today. Great kit from http://s1000rrforum.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?35-Grahams-Motorcycles Give Stephen a try if you've not already done so.
Two points having done mine
1st The two hex bolts at either end of the gear change rod (quick shifter) are crap. About as strong as chocolate.
2nd Cracking the front sprocket bolt at 150nm is a right biatch!! Had my daughter standing on the paddock stand to stop the bike moving and a metal rod wrapped on an old t shirt through the back wheel. Brute strength on a large breaker bar followed by the usual loud crack. How the fook they think you could release it with the back brake applied i'll never know.
Took about 2 hours to do the change over but fairly straightforward.

Did mine last weekend and changed disc nuts and pinch bolts as they had furred up badly.
