Front Nose Unit Carrier Bolt Torque Setting

Looking for the torque setting for the 4 bolts that hold the front nose unit carrier (which also holds instruments and mirrors) to the frame of a 2012 Gen 2

Sensible force. Some add blue loctite.

Pretty sure they are in the bike owners manual. Edit, wrong - actually they are in the workshop dvd rom in the premier members download area (along with all the other torque values for your bike).
