I think he'll have an up and down season with crashes and podiums , maybe even top step but will not be a contender. Next year however may well be a different story.

Hopefully the Suzuki has enough pace to be jockeying with the Ducati, would like to see Iannone go elbow to elbow with Lorenzo, I think Iannone is an accident looking for a corner.

I'm a bit torn over lorenzo .. when I first started watching MotoGP a few years ago, i thought he was a complete arse, but I do think he gets a bit of a raw media deal. He is (IMO) very slopey shouldered and blames anything and everything when he doesnt win, unlike the more personable riders. His riding style is smooth but boring - almost robotic - which I guess is what you need to be to win races. However he can ride a bike and a bit of me admires him for just doing what he needs to do, the way he wants to do it.

@JimmyMac - did you see those meme's of Iannone driving a bulldozer surrounded by the rest of the GP guys on bikes ...

I can only see 2 men in the fight this year. MM93 and MV25. They are going to have a proper ding-dong too as they used to fight it out in the juniors too.

DUC/LCR/SUZ will be scrapping over podiums.

Tend to agree, although you cannot take VR46 out of the equation.
Not had the greatest time of it in testing, although he is a racer and always at it come race day.
2nd for the last two seasons and would love to see him get his 10th title
