bought bike today second hand

hi all bought the bike today it has warranty on it.do i need to fill anything in to change the warranty over to me thanks

Hopefully you were given a "Whatever lies ahead, BMW is right behind you" booklet, as in the back of it is a warranty transfer
slip. There probably is also something similar on the BMW web site.

Congrats on the choice of early Christmas prezzie
I would give BMW Customer Services a call as well, just to make sure that they have you registered as the owner (for all kinds of reasons like recall notices as well, etc). I asked my local dealer to do it, but it was a few months later when I found out that my data hadn't made it through.
