Any one has the bike technical manual?
Need to change the front Carbon Fiber wheel and have to move some components to the new wheel, rotors, TPMS..etc.

In the manual they only highlight the:
- Quick release axle in threaded bush M24 x 1.5: 50Nm (no Loctite)
- Pinch clamping screws M8 x 35: 19Nm (no Loctite)
- Brake caliper M10 x 65: 38Nm (no Loctite)

Need to know the torque values on the screws bolts & the type of Loctite used for:
1- Wheel TPMS
2- brake Rotors

There is a workshop manual that can be downloaded on here somewhere, it was posted not that long ago. I?m sure it?ll be in there, I?m guessing you?re talking about the owners manual.

Thanks for the prompt reply Wull.
Yea my stated torque figures are from the owners manual where they just release the standard maintenance related torque values.
Is there a link for the workshop manual for the S1000RR K67? As I could not find it.

Thanks Alex, is that for the Carbon Fiber wheels?
I couldn't locate the manual though, is there a link for it, or any one can share it?

I've had my front carbon wheel changed. The dealer that ordered it ordered new discs bolts plus the nut that holds the TPMS. They regularly break on second use.
