As far as I know it's a firm called Paintbox in Portglenone in Co Antrim (tel: 028 2582 1536) that paint the TAS/Tyco bikes. I'd give them a call in the first instance.

You are spot on Snooker, I spoke to them last year when I was looking at making my own Tyco bike. It's only ?1250 to get a Motorsport coloured bike done in Tyco paint job by the guys who paint the real teams bikes, I think it is a good way to do it as some of the ones being offered by some dealers are in my opinion not very good.

We get our fairing kits from Carbonin, they supply the frame covers too, they are avio fibre same as the fairing, stuck to the frame with double sided tape, easy to put on, not great when they have to come off!
 
Just arranged for mine to be painted
they told me not to cut frame covers as they will mask them and leave bottom half carbon
