Hello everybody!

Well, sad news for me, i own S1000RR ( 12/2019 )my engine blow, and i bought "new" engine(K67, 2022 year production ), just to clarify when i bought "new" engine, it was told to me that it is from RR, my mechanic open "new" engine and said by the valves its from S1000R...
:827:

I need now help, by googling on internet, only difference by those two engines are titanium valves and camshaft..

Is it possible to put engine head from RR to the rest of engine of R?

How risky is by that, due to 40hp more on s1000r engine?
Just need more advices, opinions, proposals

Wish you all best 🤘🏻

HI.
This is an interesting problem. Basically, engines differ in the degree of compression. If there is no alternative, you have to try.
Particular attention should be paid to the size of the piston exit from the cylinder and the correct gasket should be selected.
