I have a Bagster tank bag for my blade.. if I get a Bagster tank cover for the s1000rr, will the bag "just fit" onto the new bike?

What year and colour is your S1000rr - I have a brand new, unused bagster tank cover in black to fit the 2012-14 model years for sale (changed the bike before I got a chance to use the cover) New price for these covers is about ?100, will sell for ?75. I live in Guernsey Channel Islands but can post to the UK no problem.
In answer to your question, yes the bag will "just fit". The only proviso I would add is that if, for instance, you had a bag that suited a "sit up" riding position, tourer or traily style bike then the bag might not be suited to the riding position on a sports bike, but as you use it on a blade you should be ok.
