Weathers been great for free practice hope it holds out for the rest of weekend

BT Sport crowd reckoned it would be raining tomorrow so FP2 positions critical for qualifying. Enjoy the Amstel!

Interesting post, I'm guessing you're matey with him. Just for reference you can disagree nicely with calling people names. He did the latter, then chose to only return to be a bit ****** to Iain etc.
Good luck with the GSX-R hope its everything you want it to be. K bye.

I'm not really sure what happened either
Must have missed it
I've been trying to look back on posts to see what happened to start it all off
Was it his comment " maybe one for Ryan " ?
Or has it been brewing for a while ?

He was aggressive from the get go. Rubbed a lot up the wrong way. He didn't exactly win friends and influence. He's the only person we've banned and that was because he came back after a break with more vitriol. We don't need his type here.
The moderators will act in the best interests of the community as a whole.

no not mates just not a follower, seems like a knowlagable guy, not like some on here, who don't know the front wheel from the back, infact some havnt even got a bike ,just a poster red dog out

There is a full spectrum of experience and knowledge across the members; some have raced, some are in the trade, some use them for work, some are on their first bike, etc, and a load of us with gaps in what we know.

I thought every member has a bike or is in the process of acquiring one, who are you referring to?

Anyone is welcome to join regardless of their bike history.

There is no 'in' group, only active members. Nobody gets ignored or left out. Behaviour is reflected, being friendly and helpful will most likely get the best results.

Discussing bikes and opinions and giving knowledge and advice does not include abusive posts to other members and is not tolerated. We didn't ban him the first time he wrote abusive posts because we have never banned anyone and didn't want to start, plus we are not all perfect and sometimes situations get a bit out of hand. Contrary to your views no one has ever been stopped from expressing an opinion on the forum other than once in relation to an engine tuner a couple of years ago due to legal reasons. Second time round writing abusive posts he has been banned, it's clear he's better off on a forum that suits that type of interaction and good luck to him.

It would have been good to have him as a member if he'd chilled and been friendly, it costs nothing.

edit - sorry Alex, I didn't know you were posting here too.

+1 well said Soof, life's too short.

I rode to Assen with a few mates in 2011. It were a fantastic trip, just make sure you get petrol before you get on the Tunnel lol.

Reddog is jimmy43.
That wouldn't surprise me!! I didn't take massive offence to his comments, but i felt like it warranted a reaction from me just to inform Jimmy43 of the ACTUAL circumstances. What annoyed me and most likely everyone else was that he was a repeat offender and in the end didn't post anything other than giving people grief which doesn't make him a pleasant member of the forum. Like has been said before manors cost nothing and if you have an opinion then express it but not in an abusive manor.

What school did you go to reddog/jimmy 43 not the same name, I just don't like people being screwed because they have an opinion, at least he had a BMW not just a poster on his wall, the man may have been slightly OTT with some words, but he had an opinion , not just a sheep, reddog out .
Parkview high school, bit of a **** hole but it didn't half have some dirty birds so that made it more bearable.....Anyway, totally agree reddog if he was banned for having an opinion then that wouldn't be fair but that wasn't why he was banned. He got irate on a previous post a few weeks ago, didn't hear from him for a few weeks until he decided to pop up again and start with the BS again. Clearly that was all he intended to do from then on. As for members that do not have BMW's yet, they are all people who are interested and its not an official owners club where you have to prove you own a BMW before your accepted. It's an open forum. finally, people aren't sheep just because we share the same interests/opinion and have the same views on common courtesy.

Nice one Reddog , I do all my riding with Jimmy and he's on his 5 th s1000 so agree plenty knowledge really think it got blew well out of proportion and was baited to flip but hey such as life . Funny about the Gsxr Jimmy put deposit down on a new one yesterday . I'll b the big pisd lad covered in tattoos if bump into u in assen

are them GIXER photos on your bedroom wall by any chance.

Look out, incoming :hopelessness:

Does anyone know who has these posters on their wall and where I can get some to go with my BMW merchandise?

Good post sissy mc , your right 5 bikes beats a poster on the wall anyday, carefull though the mods may not like it, and you will get banned, my bmw is ok but I like the GSXR, the new one looks really good on the photos, part of the trouble with the BMW image is a lot of people think your a posing pratt who just wants the BMW badge not me I am mans man, like the poor mans 1000cc bikes , I am on leave from Iraq been doing a bit of personal protection , so I aint in a good fettle to be wound up on this site by key board warriors with bedroom posters , reddog out,
The only keyboard warrior was jimmy43 and he's a gonner, end of. Iain out!

Glad I'm not on the GSXR forum if this is what you have to trawl through to get to the good stuff.
In,out, shake it all about.

oh Hokey cokey cokey cokey.

Ok Reddog,
Im not on this site to play ping pong insults, I really enjoyed it for the info and good banter.
As you're aware, this forum has a worldwide audience and I wish I had a pound/ euro/ dollar/yen etc. for anyone reading your posts and shaking their heads while laughing in disbelieve.
Im going to scroll past any further posts by you and your cronies.
