So, during the preparation of the first bike we tested a few different exhaust systems to get the best power. We ended up the arrow system as it ran the best numbers on the dyno.
Nice looking kit and did what we wanted slightly over priced but good kit.
So step forward 3 months and 2k race miles and the CAN internals have overheated and popped the welds, started to de laminate the mesh internals and the heat has contracted the metal.
This was on the 2016 GP spec bike, not the 17 stock spec.

Out of interest, because it is a bit of a hot potato, when you dynod the bikes and made changes to the ecu/fuelling, did it make big differences to the power output from stock?

Oh yes. Very much so mate. We still run a stock motor at the moment.
Phil Crowe did the tune and it's good. :):)

Absolutely mate, swapped the cans over for the weekend CO shoved the baffle down it's neck to hold it all together for now.

Arrow Exhaust

I've never seen an Arrow exhaust do that before. That's most disappointing as their build quality is normally very good.
