Akrapovic hanger

Hi,

I gather that the hanger from Akrapovic for the Gen 3 bikes has a different part number from the earlier versions. Does anyone have any knowledge of whether it fits with spacers etc.

My bike has the HP Titanium can (Gen 3 bike)

It just bolts on directly to the subframe.

Yes i realise that. It's just that there is a different part number for the Gen 3 bikes.

As far as I'm aware the carbon fibre exhaust hanger bracket for the Akrapovič HP slip-on is a different shape compared to previous model years hence the change in part number. If you are trying to use an exhaust hanger bracket from a different model year it will most likely not fit.

The one you need to order is BMW Part No. 77 11 8 554 343 / Akrapovič Part No. P-MBB10R3-1.

Check to that. I was just looking at getting a used one and a Gen1/2 came up for sale.

Don't really want to shell out ?140 for a new one if i can help it.
