M4 Ball Button mounts

I am loathed to order them from Germany. And I won't use Fortis after the last 3-month-long fiasco.
I can't quite get my head around why they are not included in a MOUNTING KIT for a 2D sensor. Everything except them, and they aren't even listed as an associated accessory to make you realise you need them.

I got a kit to adapt the K46 150mm unit to the K67 (175mm)...
And in full disclosure I've now worked out I need to dismantle the old setup (instead of selling it on). I just can't find the caliper mount this second with it's ball end.

Also came with my original K46 2D kit too.

They come with a full kit...this is not a full kit, I am moving from K46 to K67. But as above, I've taken the ones off the old K46 mounts now.
