2017 Exhaust

Does anyone know if I can put 2015 standard headers onto a 2017 so it will mate up to the long hp akro I took of my 2015. Is it a straight forward bolt up and away you go or will it pop up any dash lights, alternately what about 2015 akro headers will they go straight on without any problems.

Exhausts

The Akrapovič headers will fit without issue as they are identical for all model years (2015-2018). You would however be strongly advised to buy some form of fuel management system (Rapid Bike etc) and have it professionally tuned so it runs properly if you choose this option. I suspect a 2015 set of OEM headers would fit on a 2017 bike but I personally wouldn't bother. There is also a risk that it may not run that well as the ECU will be programmed to work optimally with the 2017 OEM exhaust system and catalyst and not the earlier system. I would personally just buy a 2017 slip-on exhaust and avoid the hassle especially if you only use the bike on the road.
