Picked up a copy of Classic Bike. Interesting piece on the 67 TT with Ago and Hailwood.

Check the lap times.. X ply tyres, rod operated drum brakes, primitive suspension.... not bad for 50 years ago.. when you think on it we've not came that far really..

As you say, how much have we moved on, consider the fact that the circuit is faster now with quite a few sections being smoothed out over the years.
