New sump (no charge) £535 including new front pads, no other issues.

Mines going in tuesday, been quoted £550 by Bahnstormer Maidenhead, but supplying my own filter and couple of other bits. Will let you know the final damage!

Think I paid £520 for mine, service only.

Also had the chain and both sprockets changed as an extra.

At the time, just before the warranty ran out, had new sump and rear damper replaced.

he did say it was a worst case quote and should be less... Fingers crossed! I have their s1000R to play with on tues so that should be fun!

Played with a S1000r today, lots of grunt but front is quite light compared to RR

So the final damage is... £480. The first call i got was 'its ready.. that'll be £590 please' after a chat with the service manager the price was brought back to what i was quoted. Also had a bit of a delayed return due to waiting on some unreturned calls, but other than that decent service from Bahnstormer.

Oh and the S1000R is fun! feels alot different to the RR, much lighter and nimbler. also the quickshift is silky smooth compared to my 12plate RR!
