No; the dash will only display average speed. However, you can analyse information per lap (including maximum speed) when using the onboard laptimer in the 'RACE INFO' menu. A full description is available on p. 104 of the Owner's Manual (2015/16 model).

Actually,I think,if you put the dash in lap-timer mode,flick the h/lamp flasher at the start of your journey and then again at the end,the top speed etc. should be available in Race Info.
I haven't actually tried it but I would imagine it would work.
