    Super unleaded or regular?

Most of it is just branding so look at the number. In the US 95 is their super as they go as low as 91 or even 89. In the UK 97 is generally marketed as super in euroland super is as much as 98. The S is designed to run on 95 primarily 97 may give you more mpg

Heated grips - Symtec or Oxford

They look almost identical to the Symtecs G. I've fitted the Symtecs to at least three bikes and really got on with them. I originally went for them because I could use my favorite soft Renntec grips with them and felt totally normal. They also seemed to get hotter than other makes although I...

    General questions on S1000rr

Check the clutch play at the lever and the chain slack if both are spot on it will improve gear changes. Bleed the front brakes air gets trapped deep in the system. Easy way is to crack open the bleed nipple on the master cylinder and slowly pump the lever.

Danny Pedrosa - MotoGP's biggest parasite.

If he didn't have Repsol as a sponsor then he would have been shown the door a long time ago I'm sure but money talks. It's a shame because just imagine Cal on his bike and what he could do.

I think Phil last time we compared I'd used only slightly more than you but I'm not as smooth as you and tend to brake for corners.

    Been thinking of changing bikes.

Phil tell me you didn't go to Ongar Motorcycles. If you go for the Triumph don't under any circumstances buy from them. If you fancy a 600 how about the Honda RR any vintage is meant to be as sublime as the Daytona. If I fitted on one I wouldn't need much more cc's

    New ride in the stable...

Pete I think he had it flashed with just a pair of Scorpion cans. The roll on speed is incredible even with his missus on the back

S1k loses to KTM 1290 Superduke on track?

And Jez says he's been taking it easy because its the only prototype. Tracks very twisty so the BM won't have the punch of a V out of the corners having ridden a 990 duke I know they ping out of the bends.
