Gen 4 race / track bike

I'll be riding 16 44 now! Phil (crowe performance) actually talked me thorough the geometry changes that come with different gearing, being close to 16stone & 6ft tall, he recommended this combo for me. 525 Alpha racing sprockets to fit oem endurance chain.

    Coolant loss

Whilst mine was in getting a service, I mentioned the regular loss of coolant & the mechanic said on certain gen 4 the loss was due to the 1st seal on the water pump passing. Said the tell tale of this being the case is to look on the floor under the sump for drops of coolant. As there is a pipe...

    Gen 4 track advice

Hi Ste, I would suggest frame sliders (I got lighttech), axle bobbins and for me I found a homemade seat bump behind my bum helped a lot. Good road tyres (rs11 & m9rr) at correct pressure and warmed up fully are more than good enough upto mid fast group imo. Also I found the bike in dynamic mode...

    Croft 20th/21st

Hi Stuart, sorry just seen this thread. I was at croft yesterday and today, apart from 2 great dry sessions yesterday, was very wet to say the least! Was good this morning to get out and to see how good the electronics work in the rain, too intrusive at anything above 3 I reckon, but very safe...

    Bar 'core' removal

I tried turning and pulling the 'insert' but it seemed to abusive trying to free it. So I decided to drill it out, used a 10-12-16mm drill bit and drilled in approx 40mm. Drilled easily & quickly, now my universal gb racing guard fits using the supplied 'expanding insert'. Guard sits about 4mm...

    Bar 'core' removal

Hi, Im looking to remove my bar 'core' (anti vibration bar end mount) from my stock k67. The reason being is that my gb racing lever guard is attached through the oe bar end, into the oe threads within the bar. because there is rubber in here, the lever can move 10mm up or down, will return to...
