    2D Forks Sensor for 2015+

I just spent 3 days back to back on track, most amount of time spent on the bike in that environment and by end of day 2 reached the conclusion that (easy) access to further adjustment would be useful. While the act of making changes manually isn't exactly testing, the absolute ease in which it...

race/gp shift. what do people ues?

Always used race/reverse shift on road and track bikes, find it much easier all round. I once sold a road bike that I put to reverse shift, I had a phone call a day or so later with the chap all upset, he had taken the bike to a garage who had told him that the previous owner had 'fitted the...

    The Bike Shed - London

Yep. Been a member for a while. Welcome addition to central London, certainly not 'customs only' & my S1000RR is regularly up there, good breakfast and secure parking(!), as you know leaving a sports bike for longer then 60 seconds usually means it gets nicked. I've not yet been to one of their...

    The new(ish) Arai RX7V - a step forward, a step back

Also moved from an Arai Chaser to an RX7-V in the last 3 or 4 weeks. Things I noticed: - The RX7V has far more 'lift' (as in the opposite of down force) than the Chaser. Probably attributed to the increased ventilation over my previous helmet, but its an effort to keep your noggin behind the...

Warning to all us 15 owners i think

And the 'offence' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bA5DxFJnUXc&feature=youtu.be The guy didn't help himself.....I'd have dropped the 'backfire charge' and gone for the easy offence of miss-spaced number plate ;-)

Cast wheels on 2015 bike with forged as standard

My bike is a 2015 model with the forged HP wheels. I want to get hold of a spare set of wheels, if I find forged at the right price - no problem. However that's not looking likely. So picking up a set of OEM / cast wheels is most likely. Having done a bit of research I am fairly certain I need...

Leeds to London - Fun Road Ideas?

TomTom have on online route planner with the same basic features as their TomTom Rider 400. Allows you to plan a route with more (or less) bends and elevations. And then if you happen to have a Rider, you can send the route to the device. Anyway, might be worth a play around with parts of the...

Would you ever ride pillion with yourself?

Prompted by the thread http://s1000rrforum.co.uk/member.php?7239-RacersEdge started I was curious if anyone here would actually be a pillion on their own bike? My total pillion experience was on an RS125, friend called Ashley took me down the Ferrari Maranello Test Track [Egham A30 bypass] way...

    Pillion Peg extenders

Not heard of alternatives i am afraid, my Mrs finds the bike 'comfortable' - how thats the case i'll never know. If it's problem I am sure there is someone on here that could manufacture something, i have a "friend of a friend" that could possibly help but at 40E maybe thats the answer in the link?

    Arai rx 7 v

Yeah, agree. I have black bike, boots and leathers. Going for the full Ghost Rider look is possibly a little over the top, thought in would brighten things up a bit :-)

    Arai rx 7 v

Just about to pull the trigger on an RX-7V. Also coming from a Arai Chaser (non V). Tried on the Chaser V and the RX-7V in the same size and much preferred the latter. I'll ignore the fact that this could be a couple of sets of tyres, a Euro Trackday etc. as its about time I had a new lid.
