    Waterproof boot recommendations

Went to Alpha today and got Alpinestars Web Goretex for £160. No Smx in stock and they were £70 more. Let’s see how I get on with them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Waterproof boot recommendations

Got some Daytona Evo Voltex Goretex about 4 years ago and whilst they are brilliant they are now not waterproof having had the inner replaced once before. Anyone got ones they recommend as fully waterproof? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Chain lube for track

Wurth dry lube. Over 20k from a chain on the road lubing every 450 miles (weekly) all weathers says it?s good stuff. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Tool suggestions?

ABBA sky lift. T handle Torx. Torx sockets. Halford?s professional socket set (only buy when half price). Long nose pliers. Stool with wheels. Fan heater. Fridge. Decent screwdrivers. Tool chest / roll cab. Worth checking Facebook marketplace for local stuff. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

They are chocolate. I used Irwin Vise grips and replaced them with stainless hex bolts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Locked up

Leave the old pads in an put a flat lever in between the old pads. When you apply pressure it will be more even on the piston. Give the piston a good clean before though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Newbie question

You will have to trace the cable. I have a bazzaz unit on my Gixxer and used something like this to switch modes. Unlikely on the S1KRR though. Does the garage light go on and off when you use it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Rounded a bolt fitting new rear sets

I replaced both ones at either end of the qs rod with stainless from probolt. Seem to remember they were like chocolate. I would use visegrip to remove and replace with stainless Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Michelin Power RS

Would agree generally but also say that some tyres work better in different circumstances. I won?t use supercorsas as they won?t warm up enough on the road. Different if I was on track. Tyres are also very much a personal thing. What I like you may not. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Michelin Power RS

Yep. Surprisingly good in the wet and capable in the dry. Different turn rate than Pirelli and Metzeler (slower) but stable all the way to the edge Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Help needed URGENT!

I?d recommend getting a 30? long drill bit and drill until it goes through the frame on the other side. That way you can attach them together via a rod [emoji2957] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
