Personal view, if you want your engine to last it’s a 1000 miles of gradually building revs and load and I do a couple of oil & filter changes. Country lanes all the way as you’re constantly varying load and heat. I wouldn’t put full load and revs at 350+ miles. IMHO.

Having owned both and checked them side by side, they’re not poor copies and certainly not tat. Each to their own.

Some of us aren’t made of money so £154.20 delivered is perfect. If I was that fussy I could get my local race shop to weld on balance pipes but the bike is putting out good horsepower. More than my Gen 4. Also you were saying that all Akrapovic exhausts have balance pipes? See pic…. Must be tat? J

One thing to bear in mind is the Gen 4 is the first bike I've come across where the bottom of the visible fork travel isn't the bottom of the travel. It's 13mm higher on mine. I stripped the forks to check if anything was installed wrongly when I serviced them and it's all to spec. It manifested...

I had the full Akra on my Gen 3 which I sold and decided to get the aliexpress full system. Fitted easy and perfectly (tip: build the exhaust fully (no end can) and use a scissor jack (very cheap on ebay or amazon) to hold the exhaust in place whilst doing up the headers etc. Saves so much...

Got them on my 2020 and 2015 ... perfect. I've never had a problem with any of my Chinese stuff as long as you do your research.
