Just had a recall on my bike for faulty batch of oil filters may come lose at high rpms i believe
 
Still we wouldn't want our oil filters coming loose and pissing oil all over the exhaust and rear tyre would we 🤣
 
Mines being done in March can't see me using it before then.then it's due its service in may. I wonder if I can get it done as part of its service

I bought my bike from main dealer in July.bike was used.just find it strange how this was never checked and only just become a recall now
 
I thought of doing my own oil and filter change but since bike is in warranty I’ll let bmw sort it, way I see it, it builds some sort of history with them
