Thanks mate - the top two could be done by hand but that middle one was very very tight. I used some wd40 and a draper plastic trim removal tool (from a kit for cars) that has a thin point in the end and it popped off with no damage - but it was scary!

The BM is certainly a more rounded bike and SO smooth! I also forgot to add that the pani seemed to try and loose weight on it own - lost some bolts, an R&G crash bung, and a nearly a termi heat shield due to the vibrations!!! It certainly liked loctite!
Thanks for the responses :-) I should have said I purchased a nearly new one so it have a couple of thousand miles on the clock so should be bedded in by now! ( it was nice not have to go through that process for once!)
