BikeTrac is the company I am going with now. They confirmed that their devices do not behave like Datatool devices and that the BikeTrac internal battery charges again upon reconnecting the vehicle battery.
Hi guys,
I recently moved places and now live in a situation where I don't have a power outlet close to my motorcycle. Therefore, the battery comes out over the winter and gets connected to the tender inside. I contacted Datatool (factory installed GPS tracker on my S1000RR) and asked them...
Hi lads,
selling right hand side fork tube. Someone pushed something into my bike and there are some scratches on the fork tube foot now but the fork tube is otherwise in perfect condition and undamaged. Lad who damaged it paid for a new fork tube and now I am trying to sell the damaged one and...
Hey man, sorry saw this message just now. I have brought it back to BMW and told them to fix it. I ended up getting new forks twice, but it?s fixed now. I would tell your dealer to **** off with that statement about using pro modes. Are they nuts? Haha

I bought the full system belly pan as well. Returned it as soon as I ran into the same issues you ran into and replaced it with the one for the stock exhaust. looks just as well and it fits perfectly
Anyone else had issues with the size of the holes? Literally all of them are too small for the stock screws. Also.. the belly pan for full systems is not compatible with BMW rad guards... can throw them out now :(
Haven?t heard of anything like that happening on the Gen4 before. If that?s the case I?d park the bike at the dealership you bought it from and tell them not to call until it?s fixed.
Lads, I am contemplating leaving Ireland for Camden, London.. What's the UK like from a bikers perspective? MOT, Police, Tax, Insurance, Roads, Noise regulations, aftermarket parts, FPN, etc etc?
