Ive got all the tools to remove the wheel it was that i had loosened the pinch bolts on the left fork leg i was worried about.

Sorry i loosened them all then clicked on and tightened the left side straight back up again but will anything have moved? Even though i did'nt touch anything thanks for the reply's.

Hi just loosened all the bolts to take front wheel off and just noticed i accidently loosened off the right fork leg pinch bolts too, the bike was not up on a axle stand and i did not loosen the axle nut either have i still wrecked something?

I'm glad this came up because i thought when it said set up for a 85kg person in the manual the sag was already set up but on measuring today ive got nearly 10mm on the front but only 8mm on the rear.Oh forgot to mention i am about 72kg with no gear on so should be close to the 85kg with gear on.

I bought my bike from cooper's sunderland and they are a authorised dealer and won't be selling a written off or stolen bike, if you want i could take a quick look at it if you like.

Thanks for the reply's I was thinking it meant put thread lock on as 100nm is not that tight considering the power going through the back wheel.

Hi can somebody confirm what the handbook means by mechanical thread lock ?As it says torque to 100nm - mechanical thread lock.

Is it matt black? As i can't see it.

3nm then a quarter turn why not give us the proper torque setting haha.

Cheers for the reply's was going to put mine on tomorrow and torque them all up to 10 nm as cally said,if i had the workshop pdf i could of worked off that too.

It was actually the torque setting's i was after,i was paranoid about over tightening a bolt and stripping it the right hand casing on the r & g website said 3nm plus qaurter turn.

Hi has anybody got the fitting instructions for the above? I could only find the fitting instructions for one case cover on their website.
