I spoke to the my motored dealer who spoke to there "technician" and they have no idea how to set the sag also was not able to tell me the factory settings ! iv now had to take measurements off a mates bike set mine the same and hope for the best !

i might just try and set static sag then play about with the ddc, I'm just struggling to get my head around what bmw have done with the rider sag settings, theres 20yr old ?500 bikes out there that the rider sag could be set on

So you think go with the 6mm sag at the front ? iv got the front would all out and the rear all in, seems out of balance if anything doesn't it ? iv fitted the front fork travel sensor which has opened up the ddc adjustments but the sag is not giving me a good start point or confidence tbh

Is it just me or has anyone else failed to set there sag within bmw's guide ? I'm around 14 stone so an average weight yet iv had to wind the rear in all the way to just get into bmw's settings (in the manual) and cannot get any where the front settings. Am i missing something ?
