    Gen4 Full Akra or Slip-on

I haven’t had it mapped. Not going to bother as the BMW fuelling is pretty much spot on. I’m getting a Rapid Bike Evo System put on when they finish making it, circa Jan I’m told. This will just smooth out the initial cold start a little more. It’s personal choice between each model. And...

    Gen4 Full Akra or Slip-on

Yes it’s as much as you need to do to be honest. It’s noisy on the warm up for about 20-30 seconds and then it’s not that much more than my 2016 with a slip on. I do quite a few track days so it don’t want an obscenely noisy bike. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

BeMoto - Motocycle Insurance - Deals for Forum Members

Quotes nearly double what I’m paying now on my multi bike policy. Tried track day insurance with them instead and that was double what Moris quoted for the same cover.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Gen4 Full Akra Map

My dealer has the manufacturer (Rapid Bike Evo) making me a modified system for my Gen4 M-Sport. Should be here in Jan. [emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Gen4 Full Akra or Slip-on

Go full AKRA system, sprint filter, Heal Tech exhaust valve gadget. I did over the slip on. 11+ Bhp throughout the Rev range and some more torques. Notable difference than standard and not that much more louder. Track day friendly (with Baffle) on all but a Donny loud day. Pulls similar to my...

    2019 s1000rr M sport Neutral Issue?

I’ve had similar issues select neutral on my M-Spec as well. The dealer said that all the mod/recall work has been done on my bike, hence the protracted delay in receiving it. Apparently it should become easier with more clutch use during run in and as the engine warms. I’ve found that if I...

    Front Brake Driving me mad

No I haven?t got around to changing the M/C as yet but it?s still on the cards for this year. I?ve got a new set of Brembo fast road/track pads to try as well (SC compound) so will see if that improves things any. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Security

If you have a house alarm system upgrade it to include your garage as a separate ?zone? so it can be left armed even when you are in the house. To be effective the alarm system should be a 24/7 monitored one with alert and response capability. Externally replace the garage door with a heavy...

Sc project conic - Advice please

No effect on power at all as it's only a slip on to the standard system, certainly no negative impact. Main advantage is weight loss, sound and looks over stock can. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Front Brake Driving me mad

Have the same problem with my 16 plate RR. Have replaced the pads and the fluid and had it bled correctly (both master cylinder and calliper bleeds) amd BMW connected it to they're special ABS calibration/ bleed machine. There was a slight improvement but still notable more lever travel than...

Can anyone recommend an after market slip on?

Got the SC project Conic on my 2016, great bit of kit, very well made, and extremely light, would highly recommend. In addition, it passes track noise tests at 92db (without the removable baffle in) and sounds great. Good service from SC who I ordered it direct from through their website...

    Tyre choices

I'd go with the S21's too. Can't praise them enough. I Have just replaced my S20's with a set and they are brilliant. Ive done two track days on them as well so far, and they performed really well, no issues at all. They do exactly as advertised and are a very predictable tyre giving good...
