Taken from US forum just a reference

Step 1 is to remove the bolt marked 1a on rider's left (LHS)
Step 2 is to release the coolant return hose clamp marked (1)
Step 3 is to place a suitable container under this return hose before pulling it off
Step 4 is to push the coolant return hose down (it will rotate around the point marked (2)
Step 5 is to open the radiator cap on the rider's right. Coolant will emerge from the return hose.

Step 6 is to empty the reservoir on the rider's right (RHS) of the bike by removing the circled bolt (Torx 25 I believe) and the reservoir cap (circled)

Step 7 is to fill the radiator and the reservoir with your desired coolant (I used water wetter...you might use Engine Ice, etc.)

Interesting how the coolant overflow is moved backwards relative to the Gen1-3 for additional mass centralisation. Shows you the lengths the designers went to.
 
Flushed coolant for distilled water today.

Bike is ready for BMRC Brands GP in July lol

I take it filling up is straight forward and no bleeding etc ?

Unlike my RC8 where you had to lift the front to 45 degrees.

Might have a go at fitting samco hoses myself !

I think with the expansion bottle so high the air should escape naturally. But you make want to run it up to temp and keep an eye on it before putting the bodywork back on it.

Sorry missed that.

I did 3 starts to 102C stationary, cool down and then let the air go via radiator's vent
